15 YEARS OF AWESOME!!!

Hello Team LPMC!!! In 2001, Landmark Property Management Company was formally started to ensure a smooth transition from construction to occupancy and to protect investors’ interests through day-to-day oversight, upkeep and maintenance. Here we are 15 years later, going strong, providing high quality, affordable housing to our great residents all over the country that take pride in calling our communities...home.

With that said, MARK YOUR CALENDARS, because our 2016 Celebration, proudly themed as – “15 YEARS OF AWESOME!!!” is returning to the AMAZING Hotel Cardinal by Kimpton, in Winston Salem, North Carolina!!!.

The dates for the 2016 celebration will be Wednesday, September 21st through Friday, September 23rd. That’s right, in an effort to give you all MORE time to enjoy Winston-Salem and the Hotel Cardinal, we have moved our celebration this year to end on a Friday. With so many great changes and successes having happened in 2015, we are going to do are best to top last years’ agenda and events. Expect the following:
· MORE education and training!
· MORE impactful changes to policies and procedures to make YOU a better manager!
· MOST IMPORTANTLY MORE celebrating of each and every one of YOU!!!
The 2016 Awards Gala will truly signify how proud we are of all of you and what you do to ensure LPMC continues to be THE standard for affordable housing in our industry.
